Funko Princess

We've been busy crafting with Perler beads this winter, and have made three of the Disney princesses with them! They are based on the Funko design, and I've tried to capture that Funko look as much as possible!       Here's Snow White, posing for her Perler bead twin.       Rapunzel, Pascal, and Belle.           The three girls together! We want to make the entire collection, but I'm running low on beads at the moment!  

I loved all the extra goodies in my first Disney Treasures Box by Funko, and I quickly started getting inspired by their cool possibilities! These patches are only available through the Disney Treasures boxes from Funko, and at the time I'm writing this there are only 6 designs that have come out. I found the Piglet patch in the "Festival of Friends" box at the Funko HQ store, and purchased the February box online that had the Lumiere patch in it. When I placed them next to each other, I realized I needed more! Thankfully I could find the rest on eBay!     With a pending trip to Disneyland just around the corner, I started wondering how I could show my love for Funko at the park. I thought maybe I could put them on a bag, but I already bring my Haunted Mansion backpack or Beauty & the Beast purse when I'm in the park.   Happy Valentine's Day! Love is in the air, and here are some newlywed Funko Pops to spread the love!               Mickey and Minnie, "Will you be mine?"       Lady and the Tramp, plus a few new pups!       And of course, the Frasers, Jamie and Claire from Outlander! We hope you have a love ly Valentine's Day!  

We think we know the story of how Claire and Jamie met, but did you know that's not quite the truth? It started one day when Jamie took his darling dog Lady out for a walk in the highlands....         They both rushed out of his rustic cabin grabbing only his trusty dagger in case they met up with any questionable folks.     Lady barked and seemed to be trying to tell Jamie something, but he couldn't quite figure out what she was saying.       Meanwhile, Claire and her dog Tramp were playing in the snow, when she noticed him make a little mess. Not wanting to leave the doggie poo in the snow, she pulled one of her dog bags from her pocket. "All cleaned up!" she told Tramp as she started back to the village.         Jamie and Lady were heading through the highlands, when Lady suddenly did her business right in the path. It's here! This is the first Funko subscription box I've gotten, and I LOVE IT!!! The Little Mermaid was the first movie I remember seeing in a theatre, and I am over the moon with these two! Spoiler alert, if you are waiting to open your own box, go no further! I was so curious to see if this Funko box would be Beauty and the Beast, like the trailer for this month suggested. But I was hopeful after seeing the outline of the two Funkos that they would indeed be Ariel and Prince Eric. And here they are sailing away on their honeymoon! I'm completely happy with everything in this box! We had one VHS when I was a kid, and it was Lady and the Tramp, so these two are a perfect addition to my collection!   Ariel's veil is beautiful! (Except for the line of "flash" running horizontally right in the middle! Flash is where two molds come together, and leave a slight line. Usually good tool
